Every successful project starts with good communication, a detailed plan, a timeline, and a budget.  Then we'll use the general structure outlined below and design a custom workflow for your project's specific needs.

You'll know what to expect at every stage of development and can be confident that your project will be delivered on time and within budget.  High fives!

1. Kickoff & Discovery

It's go time and we want to learn all about you and your brand. What are your project objectives, goals, deadline, and budget? How will you measure success? Do you enjoy fart jokes? This information (minus the farts) will help shape the script, design direction and animation style for your project.

2. Script & Styleframes

Whether we're building a :15sec or :90sec spot, every word counts.  We'll collaborate with you to write, edit and perfect your message, and we'll share visual ideas and styleframes to accompany said words.  Once the script is finalized and approved we'll proceed with voice-over recording.

3. Voice Over

We'll help you find the ideal voice to match your brand and budget. Or, if you have your own internal talent, we're happy to assist you with coaching and recording too.

4. Storyboards

Based on the approved styleframes and design direction, we illustrate each scene from the script and present a visual storyboard for review. We include detailed descriptions that provide insight into the movement and sound effects. Once approved, we'll prep all assets for animation. 

5. Animation

With an approved script, VO and storyboard, we're ready to make it mooove!  We animate each of the scenes adding transitions, secondary movements, and extra details. We're always looking for ways to add moments of joy or intrigue for added impact.

6. Sound Design

Animation is so magical, but the music and sound design is what makes a piece truly shine. We carefully select the perfect sound effects to accentuate the animation. We'll then combine all audio elements with a final mix and master.

7. Delivery

Once the final video is approved, it's time to export your deliverables! We'll ensure the proper technical specificiations and package up all files for delivery. High fives and fist bumps for all!

8. Impact

We always love to hear how the project performed!  We'll use these insights to help inform our future projects together.
