KIND

Kids In Need of Dentistry (KIND) is an amazing non-profit that provides quality dental care for Colorado’s children in need. Their mission is to increase the health and happiness of every kid, regardless of income or socioeconomic standing. Talk about doing good in the world! So we were thrilled and humbled when they approached us in need of a 3-part educational series.

The main objective of the series was to find an interactive and engaging way to help highlight the connection between dental health and whole body/mind health for our young viewers. The series (produced in both English and Spanish) used a combination of live action talent and animation to help highlight how proper dental care, paired with healthy eating and exercise can improve our overall happiness.

We created a unique color palette for each video in the series, and developed a fun and playful Mr. Tooth character using a combo of 3D and 2D techniques. And we can't forget about those Sugar Bugs! We had a great time making those devilish creatures come to life.

Clear Choice Dental was the incredible sponsor for this entire project, and were responsible for producing and shooting all the live action footage. Well done!

And a huge shout out to Issa Lopez for providing the amazing voice work for both the English and Spanish videos. Gracias por todo, amiga. You rock!

And last but not least, the biggest of thank yous to Erin, Ellie and the entire staff at KIND. You are truly magical human beings and it was an absolute joy working with you all!
