We love collaborating with local agencies, so when Strada approached us to help them create pre-roll videos and social media assets for their client, Great Park Neighborhoods, we were stoked!

Great Park Neighborhoods is an amazing new community located in Irvine, CA.  It’s a collection of signature parks, world-class sporting venues and music amphitheaters, all surrounded by distinctive homes.

Our task was to create 4 pre-roll ads to help highlight this great new community’s energy and spirit.  But since pre-roll ads are typically videos people want to skip, it was our challenge to create something exciting and impactful, that grabbed people’s attention.  They needed to be fun, poppy, and jazzy, with a modern polka-dot experience.  After we found the perfect music track, everything else just flowed into place.
